Our Caring Staff

The staff at Cottages of Madison love what they do and are uncompromising in their standards of compassionate care for residents. Many caregivers find that residents become like family members to them and residents appreciate the kindness and compassion of the caregivers in their daily lives.

Ashley

Ashley has been in the healthcare field for nearly a decade. She started her career as a personal care worker for individuals with developmental disabilities. The passion for helping others live a fulfilled, active, lifestyle encouraged Ashley to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). After receiving her CNA, Ashley began working in Assisted Living and Memory Care facilities and has worked through a multitude of different roles, from recruitment to Assistant Administrator. Since 2017, when she received her Administrators license, Ashley has been an Administrator and enjoys seeing the impact she has on everyone she encounters daily. Ashley was born and raised in Central Wisconsin and relocated to the Madison area in the fall of 2019. In her free time, Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons.

Seeing everyone work together to achieve the common goal of providing residents the best quality of life continues to drive my passion in the field.
